Apprenticeship Programs and Standards

North Pacific has significant experience in designing, developing and reviewing apprenticeship programs and standards in collaboration with key industry stakeholders. For our work on programs and standards, we immerse ourselves in understanding the essential components of the work roles and on-the-job competencies for a given trade’s qualifications.
We conduct extensive industry interviews and consultation sessions to identify the needs of various stakeholders including trade associations, employers, labour groups, potential training providers, and regulators with respect to training delivery program models and certification alternatives for the industry. To support apprenticeship programs and standards, we also design and develop instructional materials, both for the classroom and the workplace.
