Training and Performance Consulting

There are many reasons for non-performance on the job. Traditionally training is expected to be the magic wand that will eliminate non-performance issues, but training only resolves the issues of lack of knowledge and skill. Throwing a training solution at other types of performance problems does not garner the hoped-for turn-around in performance. North Pacific conducts performance analyses to determine the root causes of non-performance. The solution is often a combination of performance interventions, of which training may or may not be a part.

Based on the analysis outcome, we create a performance improvement strategy which depending on the need, may include training. The strategy typically outlines a performance support system that addresses all the underlying performance problems.
