Training Materials Development

Our projects are developed on the basis of our competency-based approach to design for learner materials, instructor guides, strategies for implementation and evaluation of the training and learning. We also create on-going support activities following training. We regularly combine classroom and on the job elements with performance support components as required. We subscribe to the competency-based model because we recognize its value in terms of learning impacts and job performance results.

Equipment Operator Training
We develop high quality, effective, competency-based training systems customized to the needs and objectives of equipment manufacturers and mining equipment operators. We use operator input to identify the specifics of job performance and then structure the information into key job responsibilities and associated tasks.  A task analysis becomes our specification document for ensuring the course materials are complete and accurately meet the job requirements.

Typically, our Equipment Operator Training System is comprised of Training Manuals, Trainer Guides, Quick Reference Guides, Knowledge Quizzes and Field Assessments. Optional items may include PowerPoint Presentations and Simulator Program.
