Who we are DAN MCFAULL holds a Master’s degree in Continuing Education (1977) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (1982) from IMD at Université de Lausanne, Switzerland. With a twenty-five year career in the field of human performance and instruction, Dan has worked as a consultant, trainer, curriculum and instructional designer, project manager, mediator, and facilitator. Dan is a specialist in adult learning design and small group behavior, and has instructed courses in both fields at two universities and six colleges in Western Canada. In the consulting world, Dan McFaull is an experienced project manager who has organized and led teams of specialists in the successful delivery of multi-year, multi-million dollar projects. In the business world, Dan is a skilled mediator and facilitator, working with boards and decision-making groups of all sizes in both the public and private sectors. Dan has special expertise in solving business and organization problems with creative performance solutions. Recent projects include: • A training administration and registration system for a high technology manufacturer (800 users worldwide) - involving classroom training, super user support, documentation, and specific job aids; • An internally developed tracking and billing system for customer engineers at a technical support services company (1,200 users in Europe and Asia) - involving classroom training, computer-based training, and documentation; • A customer information system for a U.S. power utility company (480 users) - involving e-learning, classroom training, superuser support, documentation, and specific job aids.
