Who we are Linda Waddell, Associate Linda possesses a Master of Arts in Distributed Learning from Royal Roads University, Victoria (2002). She holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from the University of Alberta, Edmonton (1997), and a Certificate in Technical Writing from Rochester Institute of Technology (1999). As a training consultant, over her 25-year career, Linda has designed, developed, and implemented numerous training solutions, including online learning, classroom, self-study, and structured on-the-job training for both the public and private sector. She also has expertise managing education and instructional design projects and working with virtual teams. Linda has worked for a wide variety of audiences, including financial, real estate, public utilities, and software development. As well, Linda set up, owned, and managed her own licensed private training institute for a five-year period where she designed, developed and managed the delivery of several innovative training programs. Most recently, Linda has designed and implemented instructional strategies
for high tech companies, and she has actively been involved in designing
and developing blended learning solutions, including online learning
for two large American corporations.
