Dan McFaull, Managing Partner
With a thirty year career in the field of human
performance and instruction, Dan has worked as a consultant, trainer,
curriculum and instructional designer, manager, mediator and facilitator.
Dan is an experienced project manager and has organized and led teams
of specialists in the successful delivery of multi-year, multi-million
dollar projects. He is skilled in solving business and organization problems
with performance solutions.
Dan McFaull holds a Master’s degree in Continuing Education (1977)
from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master’s degree in Business
Administration (1982) from IMD at L’Université de Lausanne,
Switzerland.
Recent projects include:
- Team Leader for the review and technical update of a variety of trades
– Machinist, Millwright, Steamfitter / Pipefitter, Tool and Die
Maker, Power Line Technician, Shipwright, Marine Fitter Dairy Production
Technician and Metal Fabricator – for the BC Industry Training Authority
- Team Leader for the development of exam banks, documentation and learning
materials for twelve types of Crane Operators for the BC Association for
Crane Safety
- Team Leader for the review and mapping of work flow and processes for
seven key production functions within the Training and Development Division
of AMEC Engineering
- Team leader for the design of curriculum (sixty+ courses) for specialization
training of field systems engineers and account managers for Cisco Systems
- Project Manager for the development of a product knowledge testing and
certification system for Oracle Corporation
- Developing a competence assurance system for oil and gas refinery operators
for Shell Oil (SNEPCO, Nigeria)
- Designing and developing a module for the B.C. Provincial Instructor Certification
Program focused on one-on-one instructional skills for journeymen involved
in apprenticeship programs
